First Time Login and Profile Configuration

NOTE: Please read and follow all the steps in this procedure. Your name, email address, and location must match your Solari Report subscription information. Aliases are not permitted.

IMPORTANT: All profile fields, cover and avatar images, must be completed to post and join groups.

1) Log into Solari Connect here: https://connect.solari.com

2) Now it’s time to enter your Cover and Avatar images.

  • Start by adding your cover image. Move your mouse to the large image field below your name, and you’ll see Change cover. Click and select Upload new. Once your image is uploaded, click on Change cover again, and you can choose to Reposition your image, Upload new, or Delete it.
  • Next, you’ll need to add your avatar image. Below your name, and to the left, you’ll see a face with no features. Hover you mouse over this image and you’ll see Change Avatar. Click on this image and upload your Avatar image. Click on Upload new to find the desired image on your computer. Once you’re finished, click Done to complete the upload.

(Cover images should be at least 600 pixels wide, not to exceed 3000 pixels. Avatars must be at least 250 pixels wide.)

3) The first time you log in, you’ll also need to complete your profile information.

The next thing you’ll see is:

Scroll down to the LOCATION section, click EDIT, enter your City, State and Country, followed by Save.

To finish the profile setup, you’ll need to fill out the ABOUT ME and WEBSITE fields. If you don’t have a personal website, enter none (your email address is not your website). Like before, you’ll need to click Edit, followed by Save to complete these sections.

Under Preferences > Profile, change Who can see my profile to Site Members.

Reminder: Your name, email address, and location must match your Solari Report subscription information.

4) Join a Circle

You may now search for a circle/group and ask to join, or you an respond to circle leader/owner’s request to join. You are encouraged to join the Solari Connect Support group first, so you can ask questions, report issues, or get any help you might need.

5) New Group Request

If there is no Group in your area, you can request a Circle / Group for your location via a Support Ticket.
